01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ht999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ht999.cam and all associated pages, content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

ht999 reserves the right to report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities and to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any resulting investigation.

08 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, graphics, logos, data compilations, page layouts and software — are owned by or licensed to ht999 and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The ht999 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary to ht999. You may not use them without prior written permission. References to third-party brand names (including payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports entities such as PCB, PSL or ICC) are made solely for descriptive and informational purposes. Such references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by those third parties.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The limited licence granted under Clause 6 does not include any right to sub-license, sell, rent or commercially exploit Platform Content.

09 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ht999 is incorporated and operates, as determined by the Platform's registered operator.

Nothing in this Clause limits the statutory rights of consumers under applicable local law. Pakistani users retain their rights under Pakistani consumer protection legislation to the extent applicable.
